Our Virginia bed and breakfast inn rates at Magnolia House are based on single/double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.  The deposit will be charged to your credit card when reservation is made.    Please review our rates and policies before making reservations for your stay with us in Hampton, Virginia.

Sales and lodging taxes are 13%.

An extra charge of $30.00 a day per person will be charged for additional guests beyond double occupancy.

A deposit of one-night's stay is required via credit card to guarantee your reservation.

For holidays, local event periods, inn packages, and guest requested events, a 50% deposit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

~For 7 days or more of your expected arrival date:  Deposit is refunded minus $25.00 processing fee.

~For less than 7 days of your expected arrival date: Deposit of one night's stay  is non-refundable.

~Cancellations made for reservations during holidays, local event periods (Festivals, Conferences, Graduation) are subject to the Event Cancellation Policy.   Event status will be noted in the Reservation Confirmation.  If cancellation is made prior to 30 days of booking, 20% of booking is non-refundable and remainder of deposit is returned.  If cancellation is made within 30 days of reservation the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

 All cancellations and arrangement changes must be confirmed by phone with the innkeepers.
