Sales and lodging taxes are 13%.

An extra charge of $30.00 a day per person will be charged for additional guests beyond double occupancy.

A deposit of one-night's stay is required via credit card to guarantee your reservation.

For holidays, local event periods, inn packages, and guest requested events, room rates may vary from those listed. A 2 to 3-night minimum may be required. The required deposit is fifty percent (50%) of the total contracted amount. This includes your event facility package and the catering choices. Although a major credit card is required to be on file, the deposit can also be paid with a cashier’s check, or money order.

The deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 30 days of your event. Twenty percent (20%) of total event cost is non-refundable if booking is cancelled at any time.
